Team Rules
We swim for fun, we swim our best, we swim as a team!
- Be kind, show respect and be a great team-mate!
- Support each other, be patient and show grace.
- Turn up and turn out! ...and smile (it will make you swim faster)
- Swimmers must declare their intention to swim the week prior to every meet. This is a commitment to swim.
- If your swimmer is declared to swim in the meet, a parent is required to volunteer for that meet.
- During meets, swimmers must be in their bull-pen and make themselves known to the volunteer for that bull-pen.
- All swimmers 5 and up must be able to swim a length of the pool unaided and/or be able to get themselves to the side of the pool/lane lines.
- The Junior Orca program is designed for children who are 3-4 years of age, are water confident AND fully potty-trained. Parents MUST be poolside while their Jr. Orca is training.
- Parents are responsible for their child's safety. Parents of all swimmers under the age of 12 are to remain poolside during practice.
